Tom Pellegrino is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of diverse industry experience. His career spans manufacturing, airport planning and design, non-profit organizations, government contracting, and engineering firms. Tom's expertise covers a wide range of business functions, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, various Engineering disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil), Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, and Administration.  

A business person that happens to practice Human Resources, and with 12 years in manufacturing companies, Tom honed his skills in high-volume, fast-paced environments. His 2-year tenure in airport planning and design consulting broadened his international exposure, working with clients across multiple continents. Tom's experience also includes a year in the non-profit sector, 2 years with a small business government contractor, and 7 years in engineering companies, culminating in his role as Chief Administrative Officer at a regional civil engineering firm.  

Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated a talent for strategic HR leadership, consistently driving organizational growth and employee engagement. He specializes in compliance, organizational development, and talent acquisition, with a proven track record in creating effective career paths, implementing succession planning, and expanding recruiting strategies.
