Tom Pellegrino, MBA, SHRM-SCP, brings more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, engineering, government contracting, nonprofit organizations, and consulting.
His background includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer at a regional civil engineering firm. He holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
